Founded in 2024, Tinova Resources was established to help address the growing supply gap of tin, a critical mineral essential to electronics, energy infrastructure, and national defense.

Our strategy is centered on disciplined early-stage exploration, portfolio growth through project generation and acquisition, and advancing assets aligned with North America’s critical mineral objectives. Tinova is a Canadian exploration company, led by a technically strong and capital-markets-savvy team with deep experience in mineral exploration, project advancement, and strategic resource development.

Tinova currently holds three tin-focused exploration-stage assets in North America: the Coal Creek Project in Alaska and the Ash Mountain and Mt. Hart Projects in British Columbia. Coal Creek is situated within the tin-bearing McKinley sequence granites of the Alaska Range and is supported by a historical resource estimate, while Ash Mountain and Mt. Hart are hosted in prospective geological settings known for skarn and greisen-style mineralization.

With tin designated as a critical mineral by both the U.S. and Canadian governments, Tinova's mission is to contribute to the development of a secure and transparent North American tin supply chain through strategic exploration. 

Tinova intends to pursue acquisitions and other growth opportunities to unlock value through scale and diversification.
